Refund Policy

At Boss Nutrition, we take pride in providing high-quality products that are carefully inspected and photographed before packaging and shipment.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, due to the consumable nature of our items and for health and safety reasons.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • All items are inspected and photographed prior to shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • In the rare event you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

  • For regular mail orders without tracking, we provide video confirmation of mailing as proof of shipment. No refunds or replacements are available for lost or delayed untracked packages.

  • For tracked shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate the package or file a claim. Any resolution will be based on the carrier’s findings.

3. Lost or Missing Packages

  • Untracked Mail: No refunds or replacements are offered.

  • Tracked Mail: We will assist in investigating with the shipping carrier. Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the carrier’s resolution process.

4. Digital Products & Memberships

  • All digital products, programs, and memberships are non-refundable once purchased and delivered or accessed.
