At Boss Nutrition, we aim to process and ship your orders quickly, securely, and affordably.
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery for customers in Canada, the United States, and internationally.
1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events (ordering early is recommended at these times).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently offer:

Local Pickup/Meetup: By appointment only

Courier Delivery: Local, Canada-wide, U.S., and International

Canada Post / USPS Regular Mail: 100g, 200g, and over 200g options

International Regular Mail: 100g, 200g, and over 200g options
Exact rates are listed at checkout and vary depending on weight, size, and destination.
3. Delivery Times

Local Courier: 1–3 business days

Canada-wide Courier: 2–5 business days

United States Courier: 5–10 business days

International Courier: 7–15 business days

Regular Mail (Canada Post / USPS): Delivery times vary — no tracking included unless requested at extra cost.
4. Tracking & Signature Options

Regular Mail: Has no tracking. Video confirmation of the package being placed in the mail will be sent as proof of mailing.

Tracked Packages: Tracking and/or signature confirmation can be requested on any shipment for an additional cost.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Regular Mail: Once mailed, there is little that can be done if the package is lost. Video proof of mailing will be provided.

Tracked Packages: If a tracked package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it.

Damaged items: must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers outside Canada are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country.

Boss Nutrition is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs inspections.
7. Returns & Refunds

No returns will be accepted. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing your purchase.
8. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping charges to be resent.
